Absolutely!  Our philosophy is do the job right and impress the customer with our service.  If for any reason your problem persists after our visit, we will send a technician out as soon as possible to fix the problem free of charge.

We do not charge by the hour but rather use a standardized pricing guide.  Once our trained technician analyzes your problem he will be able to show you the exact cost of your job from our price book.  This way you know the cost for our services before any work has been done.  There is a small fee for estimation calls, however this fee is waved if you contract us to do the job.
